The Membership Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering high quality service to our most important constituency, Saint Louis Science Center Members. This means providing Members excellent assistance, timely solutions, and knowledgeable information about the Science Center’s unique science learning experiences that include our galleries, programs, events, OMNIMAX® films and special exhibitions. As a part of the Institutional Advancement department, the Membership Services Coordinator will support the team by building and maintaining Member relationships and connecting them to our mission to ‘ignite and sustain lifelong science and technology learning.’
The operational function of the Membership Services Coordinator is supporting the Director of Advancement Services by maintaining accurate database information. Daily operations will include processing payment transactions, assessing data integrity, and organizing priorities to enhance accuracy and efficiency as the volume of memberships purchased and renewed fluctuates.
Some college required, BA or BS preferred.
