Are you looking for a change? If so, then look no further. The Saint Louis Science Center is looking for a Managing Director of Finance to join our team. Our mission is to ‘igniteand sustain lifelong science and technology learning’. You will be part of a dynamic team that makes learning about science fun through informal, interactive learning experiences, facilitates understanding of STEaM, and is home to the nationally-recognized Youth Exploring Science (Y.E.S.) program. We have something for curious learners of all ages. The Saint Louis Science Center offers free general admission to over 1 million guests a year, who enjoy such experiences as the James S. McDonnell Planetarium, the newly renovated digital Omnimax® Theater, Game XP for enthusiastic gamers of all ages, and our outdoor exhibit, GROW, which explores the science behind one of the most important parts of our life – food!
The Managing Director, Finance plans, directs and coordinates the preparation and analysis of the finances of the Saint Louis Science Center Subdistrict and Foundation, and maintains financial records, in compliance with accounting and internal control standards and government regulations. The Managing Director, Finance is also responsible for the annual budget and audit processes and for risk management insurance programs.

Our Facilitator bringsthe stars down to Earth in a fun and engaging way. Help create lasting memories in our gallery by engaging guests at our Science Conversation Stations and interpreting at our exhibits and even showing off our nearly 300-pound meteorite!
The Special Exhibitions Representative is responsible for the delivery of high-quality guest experiences in our temporary Special Exhibitions, as well as our ride experiences such as the Pulseworks ESP Motion, I360, and VR Transporter simulators. Team members of this role are responsible for guest safety, customer service, and education across all of the Special Exhibitions venues.
The Security Department serves and protects visitors, employees, and property and assets of the Saint Louis Science Center.
Provides needed custodial services in the daily operations of the Saint Louis Science Center. This includes building preparation for the daily opening of the facility, the set-up and tear down of resources from special events, emergency custodial services when needed and general cleaning.
